About
Friendship. Laughter. Coffee. Music. Three voices joined with a common purpose… to share something genuine — to trust and believe in the Real Hope we have in Jesus!
“Our HOPE is in His unfailing love.”
Psalm 147:11
RRick Green
“The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.” Numbers 6:24-26 NIV
Rick is originally from Canada with a rich heritage in music. In addition to attending Kingswood and Western Universities, he studied at the Royal Conservatory of Music and the Stamps-Baxter School of Music.
His passion for music along with his training afforded him positions to minister in a variety of ways. He has served as soloist, choir director, worship pastor, New Wine gospel quartet founder and led a family traveling music ministry.
Praising his Lord and the special relationships are always top priorities. 2020 is fifty years of marriage for him and his wife, Judy. They cherish their seven children, their spouses, and their twenty five grandchildren.
It is his wish to be used of the Lord for His purposes and to honor Him with his life, his relationships and his music that all will come to the saving knowledge of Christ.

– 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
Pam is a native of Sussex County, DE where she grew up attending church in Seaford with her mom and little sister. It was there that she committed her life to Jesus at an early age and first fell in love with the sweet harmonies of gospel music. In addition to her cherished family, Pam is blessed with treasured friends and has the joy and honor of being a Godmother to some of their children. Real Hope meets at her home once a week for practice and fellowship….and coffee! Pam is a member of Laurel Wesleyan Church and serves in leadership of a women’s Bible study and as a vocalist on the praise team. She is humbled by God’s calling to serve and considers it a privilege to join Ben and Rick in the ministry of Real Hope.
“Music has been a constant companion throughout my life and I just cannot imagine a world without song—-it would b flat (he-he)!”

“…And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?” -Esther 4:14b NIV
When Ben was a boy, he discovered his love of singing. Part of a musical family, he would sing with his parents and brother to the sounds of a guitar or they all would gather with cousins and grandparents with an accordion or around the old piano.
As a young teenager, he traveled with his family’s ministry, singing and playing the bass guitar. He later continued with solo work and praise teams. Ben performed and judged local singing competitions and participated in faith-based musical dramas and productions. He also attended the Elijah School of Performance.
Ben and his wife, Holly are nearing twenty five years of marriage and love to tell stories of their two children, adventures at camp or in Christian radio.
“I pray to be continually used by God to reach people for Him. I’m humbled at the reality that many times I get to do so through music. I feel music is a language that transcends time and generations and is often used by the Holy Spirit as a vessel to draw people close to God!”
